Open blogger site.

Click on Create your blog and sign with our account.

Now click on create new blog.

Now fill the title and address whatever you want to give to your blog, as shown in image. Now select theme of your blog and click on Create blog.

STEP 1
Give the title of your post.
STEP 2
Write your post whatever you want in blank space.You can also edit text, insert image, give link in your post by tool bar.
STEP 3
After completion of your article, click on Publish.Then it's name start displaying in your home page(2 images).
Your post has been created to see it how it look, search it on google(address you have given).
You can change themes, properties or many more things in settings......
